Shipping & Delivery

NATALIA KIANTORO ships to all parts of Indonesia. Please contact our customer service for worldwide shipping.

 

Shipments will be made everyday (Monday-Friday at 5PM, Saturday at 3PM). If you'd like to get your order to be shipped on the same day (ready stock items only), please make sure to confirm your payment before 3PM. 

 

Estimated delivery time for domestic shipping would be 1-5 days (regular) and 1-3 days (express). 

 

NATALIA KIANTORO will not be responsible for any fees charged by customs or other tax authorities. 

 

If a customer refuses any shipments from NATALIA KIANTORO, the customer will remain responsible for all shipping and charges (duties, taxes, customs) incurred upon receiving their order. 

 

Make sure to provide a correct and complete address to avoid any delays in delivery. 

 

NATALIA KIANTORO is not responsible for any damages/loss of item(s) once it/they are passed to delivery courier.
